We are thrilled to announce the winner of this year’s Ruth Lee Ltd Photo of the Year competition, an annual event that celebrates the passion and dedication of rescue professionals around the world. After careful consideration and a Facebook follower vote, the South Estonian water rescue dog group “Märjad käpad” (Wet Paws) emerged victorious with a captivating and heartwarming training photo.
The winning image captures the essence of community and enthusiasm in rescue training. Four rescuers kneel beside a Ruth Lee Full-Bodied CPR manikin, their laughter echoing the camaraderie forged during an unforgettable training session. This powerful photograph not only showcases the commitment of rescue professionals but also stands as a proud ambassador for the Ruth Lee brand.
We extend our gratitude to our Estonian distributor, Mohni, for their outstanding support and dedication, which played a pivotal role in Wet Paws’ success. Congratulations to Wet Paws on earning the coveted title of Photo of the Year and the privilege to select a brand new manikin for their future training endeavors.
Close behind as first-time competition entrants were two remarkable submissions from Spain: Rescue 3 Europe/Espana and Savyt Rescue. Both entries featured dramatic photos of rescuers in training, showcasing the diverse and impactful work being done across the globe.
