With several versions of the manikin that can be tailored to your requirements, both the 30kg and 50kg models include an airway management torso and a realistic traumatic open wound on the thigh. The 30kg model offers upgrades for IV and IO capabilities, crucial for advanced medical training. The traumatic open wound feature allows for the correct application of tourniquets or wound packing, with trainers controlling the blood flow to simulate realistic scenarios.

Testing and Development: Feedback from the Field
The development of the Trauma Rescue Manikin began after we noticed a significant demand for a manikin that combines both rescue and medical intervention capabilities. While our Advanced Water Rescue manikin (AWRM) is the world’s most advanced rescue training manikin, combining rescue and medical elements with incredibly high fidelity, it is primarily designed for water rescue. The AWRM includes the most realistic airway management and CPR functionality on the market, often leaving people shocked by its realism. However this level of fidelity and clinical skills is not always necessary and so the Trauma Rescue manikin bridges the gap between rescue manikins and high-fidelity medical simulation manikins.
The initial stages of development saw the manikin go through many iterations, including several different faces! We are grateful to our distributors and friends in various sectors for their invaluable assistance in testing the prototypes and helping us refine the product until it evolved into the final version.
Throughout our testing phase, we invited multiple teams to provide feedback, ensuring that every feature of the Trauma Rescue Manikin was fine-tuned to perfection.
