Ian joined the team at Ruth Lee in January 2018 and brings a wealth of product development, sales and marketing experience with him having spent over 11 years living and working in Europe in Germany, France and Sweden.

Over the past few years, Ian has developed strong relationships with our international distributors, helping further strengthen our export capabilities. This has included mentoring distributors as they launch new products into new markets, using his experience and commitment to drive sales internationally. In addition, Ian has played a key role in our Innovation processes over the past 5 years and helped to bring to market several successful products which have helped to transform training.

His previous experience encompasses consumer durables and automotive sectors and he is particularly proud of developing and launching a robotic vacuum cleaner business.

Away from work, Ian enjoys cycling, walking his dog, supporting Tottenham Hotspur and watching sport of all kinds…
